Power Pilates philosophy was developed by Joseph Pilates.  It is a movement-based, systematic mat workout that emphasizes the core or powerhouse.  It is a flowing style that will transform your body and remove the compensatory weaknesses that contribute to chronic injuries.  There will be noticeable improvement in posture, strength, stamina, flexibility and overall feeling of wellness.
