What is a Pilates workout? Power Pilates philosophy was developed by Joseph Pilates.  It is a movement-based, systematic mat workout that emphasizes the core or powerhouse.  It is a flowing style that will transform your body and remove the compensatory weaknesses that contribute to chronic injuries.

The Universal Reformer is the versatile place of equipment developed by Joseph Pilates.  Using a simple wooden frame,  a movable carriage, springs, a footbar and adjustable leather straps.  From leg presses to abdominals to arm work to standing work.
