YOGA FOR EVERYONE, Thursdays, 9:00 – 10:15. This class will soothe your muscles and build strength with a flow.
WAKE-UP YOGA, Fridays, 7:00 – 7:45. This quick and effective morning vinyasa practice will be the perfect new ritual to implement at the start of your day.
YIN YOGA, Fridays, 8:00 – 9:15. Postures are exclusively on the floor and emphasis of the practice will be on the deep connective tissues of the hips. We will open this deep, tight area slowly but fully. While we luxuriate in the deep postures, we will also explore energetic effects Yin Yoga can have on our body.
Walk-ins are $13 for 75 minutes and $10 for 45 minutes. Attend both classes on Fridays for $20. White Mountain Athletic Club fitness passes accepted.
