What to Expect: The classroom is a low-pressure, judgment-free, non-competitive, inclusive yoga environment and the practice is deep. This somatic workshop trains our breath, movement, gazing (drsti), sensing, and intuition. We start off with a short meditation. We then move to vinyasa movements. Blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps are optional, and you’ll receive personal assistance for set-up in restorative postures. At the end we do a deep Savasana with Yoga Nidra. The session lasts approximately an hour and 45 minutes. You’ll lose track of time without doubt!
This private workshop is available by appointment for individuals and groups. It is held in a fully equipped yoga studio located in Waterville Valley Town Square. The studio is located on the 2nd floor above The Bookmonger, and is conducive for yoga with natural sunlight.
