Restorative yoga can be adapted to all states of health.

Experience relieving stress and soothing the nervous system.  Rest and restore by using bolsters, blankets, blocks in restorative postures.  Room is lit by candles.  Enjoy the serene  environment with therapeutic sounds. Meditation and gentle stretching.
