Helen’s Yoga are suitable for everyone – including those 55 years and up! If you’re a total beginner then she also offers private session to help you find the confidence you need to get you going. Helen also offers one-on-one Pilates apparatus assisted workouts for all abilities and fitness levels. Helen has years of experience with active older adults, mind & body focus, injury recovery, strength, back health, posture and body awareness.
SATURDAYS, OUTDOOR YOGA, 9-10:15 Location – Behind Snowy Owl Inn next to Brookside Terrace in Town Square. Enjoy the sounds of nature beside a brook with a dam. In case of rain class will be held in Town Square studio.
