Energize & Relax on Virtual Yoga Friday 9am

Feeling tired and stressed?  Especially after Thursday’s debate. Restore your body and soul by Zooming in from your home. We’ll mix some Yin, Hatha, a gentle flow and a variety of calming pranayama techniques woven through.  Class is no more than 75 minutes. Attend when you are able.
