Add some virtual yoga!

These are intense times. I hope you are staying safe, well and steady.

I’ve moved all yoga sessions online. This is only temporary of course. Yoga will be soft and strong with a focus on lower and upper body, twists, gentle movement and breathing.

I use Zoom video conferencing software and the audio and video is extremely clear.  Class is no more than 75 minutes. Contact me if you want an invitation and attend when you are able. I will be recording the sessions so that you don’t miss out.

My rates for online classes are $50 for a 5-pack punch card.  $70 for 5-pack live classes (Not available during stay-at-home due to COVID19).  You can use punch card that you already have.  First class is no charge.

Add some virtual yoga!

These are intense times. I’ve been thinking about you so much and am hoping you are staying safe, well and steady.

In an abundance of caution for each of you, I’ve decided to move all yoga sessions online. This is only temporary of course, but it will last at least several weeks (if not a few months) and I would love to keep supporting you all with your yoga practice during such a stressful time.

I use Zoom video conferencing software and the audio and video is extremely clear.  Class is no more than 75 minutes. Check out the online class schedule.  I will send an invitation to each of the sessions.  Attend when you are able.

My rates for online classes are $35 for a 5-pack punch card.  $70 for 5-pack live classes (Not available during stay-at-home due to COVID19).  You can use punch card that you already have.

Waterville Valley Outdoor Yoga Class

Maybe you are an active person looking for core building and body awareness.  Maybe need a customized, adaptable relief when injury or chronic pain impairs movement.  Did you know that there are different props for different folks?

Helen’s Classes are ‘Open-Levels’ of low impact Vinyasa or Hatha styles suitable for everyone – including those 55 years and up!  She also offers Restorative Classes that creates optimal conditions for balancing the nervous system and for allowing energy to flow and restore through Physical body, the Subtle Energy body, the Emotional body and the Mental Body.  Sound healing is used with Tibetan bowls and chimes. 

Helen teaches different styles and people with different backgrounds but what is consistent is that she is kind, committed and inspirational.

Helen also offers one-on-one Pilates apparatus assisted workouts for all abilities and fitness levels.
