Treat yourself to some stress reduction by coming to yoga. Train our breath, movement, gazing (drsti), sensing, and intuition. Build strength, balance and endurance at your own level. You’ll receive personal assistance for prop set-up. At the end we do a deep Savasana with therapeutic sound and props. The session lasts approximately an hour and 15 minutes. Lose track of time!
Classes are held in a fully equipped yoga studio located in Waterville Valley Town Square. The studio is located on the 2nd floor above The Bookmonger, and is conducive for yoga with natural sunlight.
