Monday Yoga 5-6:15pm

Every Monday, 5-6:15pm, In-Studio, 2nd Floor Town Square
This class will be a low-key, open levels yoga that’s great for mindful movement, strength, back health and stress levels.  Remember to bring water and mat if you have one.  Please arrive early.
