About the Instructor

Helen Rita currently teaches beginner and intermediate, moderate flow yoga classes at the White Mountain Athletic Club in Waterville Valley, NH. Prior to coming to Waterville Valley, she taught Vinyasa Yoga, all levels, at a government facility in Washington D.C. for over a year. She recently completed Thai Yoga Massage, Level I with Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage followed by Assisted Yoga with Adjustments also by Lotus Palm. She attended Kripalu’s annual teachers conference, ‘The Power of Yoga Therapy.’ Other training at Kripalu was ‘Yoga Adjustments, Guiding Practice for Each Unique Student’ with Mark Stephens.
