Experience relieving stress and soothing the nervous system. This mind and body class will train our breath, movement, gazing (drsti), sensing, and intuition. We start off with a short meditation. Blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps are optional, and you’ll receive personal assistance for set-up in restorative postures. At the end we do a deep Savasana with Yoga Nidra. The session lasts approximately an hour and 15 minutes. You’ll lose track of time without doubt!
It is held in a fully equipped yoga studio located in Waterville Valley Town Square. The studio is located on the 2nd floor above The Bookmonger, and is conducive for yoga with natural sunlight.
