  1. I have been doing private sessions with Helen for over 3 months. When I started I couldn’t get off the floor without help. Helen has help me get my life back. I am more flexible than I have been in years. I can get up off a bench without using my hands. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to move again. I have degenerative disk disease, Helen has help me move beyond that and have a more fulfilled life. Thank you Helen.
