I teach some somatic movement in all of my classes and my practice and teachings are through studying with Tias Little, Prajna Yoga. I use his poetry along with a mix of asana & Vinyasa flow from other yoga teachings. I’m available for individual sessions in person and via Zoom. Explore yoga as a means to rest more steadily in the ease of how things always change. And how steadiness in our life brings greater ease into our world.
