Are you an active person with common limitations, feeling stiff and been working too much?  Are you looking for a way to de-stress and find harmony and vibrancy again?  It happens to all of us.  Hello and welcome to my web site. Caring for each and every person who crosses my path, helping them feel lighter and renewed, is a passion of mine that goes far beyond the surface. I genuinely love what I do – from connecting with each person to watching them flourish and embrace their yoga practice.  My services range from guided meditation to restorative Thai bodywork and group yoga classes. Every service I provide is well planned to ensure the most stress relieving, serene inner journey and healing break through possible.

Helen is a Waterville Valley resident and currently teach the Kripalu, Vinyasa and Hatha styles of Yoga. She offer workshops, privates and Thai Yoga bodywork sessions. She is yoga teacher certified, (E-RYT) and has over 100 hours of additional specialized training. She studied yoga in the US and internationally in India, Guatemala, Mexico, and Canada. In addition, She has completed all requirements for the Thai Yoga Essentials Certificate through Lotus Palm School, Montreal, Quebec. She also has an Assessment-Based Certificate for Power Pilates Mat Teacher Training.

    1. Thank you for checking out my web site. I’ll be teaching Saturday and Sunday, 9:00, WMAC after Thanksgiving. I’ll be teaching every Thursday, 3:45 starting December 4, (two weeks from today) at the Rec Department. Check my Facebook page (Helen Jennings) for yoga video.
