Hello and welcome to my web site. I am a Waterville Valley resident and currently teach the Kripalu, Vinyasa and Yin styles of Yoga with hands-on assistance. I offer retreats, privates and Thai Yoga bodywork at the White Mountain Athletic Club. Helen is yoga teacher certified, registered with Yoga Alliance and has over 100 hours of additional specialized training. She studied yoga in the US and internationally in India, Guatemala, Mexico, and Canada. She is also certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork through Lotus Palm School, Montreal, Quebec.  Helen also has an Assessment-Based Certificate for Power Pilates Mat Teacher Training.

    1. Thank you for checking out my web site. I’ll be teaching Saturday and Sunday, 9:00, WMAC after Thanksgiving. I’ll be teaching every Thursday, 3:45 starting December 4, (two weeks from today) at the Rec Department. Check my Facebook page (Helen Jennings) for yoga video.
