Helen’s Yoga are suitable for everyone – including those 55 years and up! If you’re a total beginner then she also offers private session to help you find the confidence you need to get you going. Helen also offers one-on-one Pilates apparatus assisted workouts for all abilities and fitness levels. Helen has years of experience with active older Adults, mind & body focus, injury recovery, strength, back health, posture and body awareness.
Wednesdays, 5:15-6:30pm – Vinyasa yoga stretch for all levels. No class May 12th and 19th.
