Yoga Event

Dive deeply into the beauty and power of Yoga Nidra! No prior experience is required to register for this class. There will be a short, easy stretch before we move in to Yoga Nidra. There will be simple healing sounds. The most fertile place to rest is between waking and sleep. You will become aware of the senses one by one with guided meditation. This is a shift to the interior, the back door approach to yoga. Please bring either a bolster, pillow, rolled up towel or what ever makes you feel comfortable lying down and be comfortable.
